Refund policy

RETURN TIMEFRAME

All in state (Iowa) returns MUST be submitted within 14 days of delivery date.

All out of state returns MUST be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.

[Returns will NOT be accepted past the deadline. Exchanges WILL be accepted]

Refunds will be issued 1-2 business days after the return is processed.

[Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your financial institution]

PLEASE NOTE:

All orders MUST be returned inside another box.

[If the shoe box is returned taped/damaged from shipping the order will be sent back to you]

All orders MUST be returned in resaleable condition.

[If the shoes have been worn outside, or show other signs of wear/tear, the order will be sent back to you]

PLEASE include the original packing slip with the return.

RETURN OPTIONS:

Prepaid return labels are available when requested via email. Please contact desmoinesshoes@gmail.com with the order number in the subject.

[$10 will be deducted from the refund if a prepaid label is sent]

Customers may provide their own return label. Please choose either USPS or UPS.

[A full refund will be issued]
