Refund policy
We hope you enjoy what you have ordered but understand it may not always work out. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered.
Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging. Try them on and make sure you are happy with the fit before throwing the box away. Please use a proper shipping box for returns. Do not tape anything directly onto the shoebox itself. If shoes are returned worn or without their original packaging, either a restocking fee will be applied to the refund or we will return the shoes back to you for no credit.
Return options:
We can supply you with a prepaid return label. Labels are a flat rate of $10 and will be deducted from your refund.
You may also choose to send the item back yourself. Please use either UPS or USPS. A full refund will be provided.
Please include the original packing slip inside the box for all returns.
Refunds:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be processed once delivered. All refunds will be returned back to your original payment method. It may take a day or two after we process your refund for it to clear the bank.
Exchanges:
If you are needing to exchange sizes, please reach out to us and we will try our best to make that happen.
